The hotel has an excellent location, providing easy access to the main lifts and ski slopes. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with new and modern bathrooms. the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast is generous and there is a separate area to store and dry ski equipment. the hotel provides blackout curtains and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
Some guests have reported issues with the temperature regulation in the rooms, making them cold at times.

Excellent location, spacious and clean room, great staff, and delicious breakfast. The hotel is within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. our room was spacious and super clean with a beautiful atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was generous, which we enjoyed every morning.
Nothing could have been better.

We spent our Easter holidays at a charming hotel. It was great to have such friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was amazingly peaceful, featuring great curtains to keep the bright light out, and we had a really comfortable king-size bed to enjoy each night. The best aspects were that the breakfast offered a good choice of coffee and tea, nice bread and a variety of yoghurts and cereals. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to all the important points and had free Wi-Fi in all areas.
Despite the lovely facilities, there were a few things we weren't quite thrilled about. One negative aspect was the lack of available board games or something to do in the evenings.

Spent my New Year's holiday in a beautiful mountain village and the experience was great! the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and it was clear that they cared about the guests' comfort. the location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to access the main lift and return from skiing. the rooms were comfortable and spacious with everything kept clean. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a separate area for heated boots and skis to be dried for the next day!
there could have been more variety in the breakfast buffet.
